How long does it take to process my order?

1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

How will my item ship and when will I get it if I select $2.99 flat rate shipping?

Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 5 to 9 business days. If you live close to one of our warehouses in Rancho Cucamonga, CA or Jonestown, PA, you will likely get your order even sooner.

How your order is shipped is 100% based on our shipping rates with FEDEX and USPS. It may ship FEDEX Smartpost, FEDEX Ground/Home or any of a variety of USPS methods. Our system will make the decision.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, we now offer FEDEX Ground, UPS Ground and an Expedited ShippingŁ method. Our Ground methods typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipments typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

Why is FEDEX Ground cheaper than UPS Ground?

We have a long standing relationship with FEDEX and they offer us incentives to ship more packages with them. We pass along those savings to you.

Can I specifically request shipping via USPS?

No, we do not offer this as an option. You should select our Economy Flat Rate Shipping option and there is a chance it will be shipped USPS or FEDEX Smartpost which is actually delivered by your mail carrier.

I live in Alaska/Hawaii, what are my shipping options?

Alaska and Hawaii have their own shipping rate that you will see during check out. No expedited shipping methods are available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Additional Shipping Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. If you check out as a guest, you will not receive this email.

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it. Absolutely no changes or cancellations can be made after your order is placed. If your order ships and you refuse it or need to return it, you will be subject to shipping and restock fees. Please see our return policy for more information.

Adding order notes to your order delays shipment. Delivery instructions (i.e. "Leave at back door") will not be relayed to the carrier.

We do not ship internationally. Therefore, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies. Orders deemed to be shipped to a freight forwarder may be cancelled. Should an order be shipped to a freight forwarding address, we are not liable for any damages, or issues that may arise after the order has left our warehouse. We reserve the right to cancel any order that doesn't follow our policy.
