All merchandise is shipped via FedEx Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live.

Some items and kits are custom made to order and require additional time or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Custom items cannot be expedited.

I would like to order Chemical Guys products but I don’t live in the Unites States. Can I buy your products?

Chemical Guys is available worldwide.  Please Send us an e-mail sales@Chemical Guys.com or call us (310)674-8135 for more information. If we don’t not have an established Chemical Guys location in your area, or a Distributor who can help you with your products needs we will be more than happy to send you any products you desire straight from our factory.  Be sure to include your address, contact number, and product needed in the email so that we can more accurately answer your questions.

I need a shipment to be delivered fast, can you help?

I need several pallets of products can we use a freight forwarder?

Yes, please call or fax in large pallet orders. Our shipping department will arrange several discounted shipping quotes for your to choose from. Also for large pallet orders discount may be available, please call for more info. (310)674-8135.

Exactly when will my package be delivered?

FedEx Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.  and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. FedEx Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.

How do I get a tracking number for my order?

If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse.  If you have any questions regarding the shipment, please e-mail us

Is signature required to receive may package?

Yes, in order to assure that our customers received the product ordered, and assures that the product is not damaged upon delivery; we require a recipient signature. If you are not available to receive your package at home or work please arrange to have the package shipped to a location where you will be available to sign for it.

Why is my signature required in order to receive may package? Customer who purchase buffers, vacuums, paste waxes and any order totaling over $200.00 in products purchased online using a credit card  require a signature for delivery.

WHY?  In order to assure that every customer receives the order they have placed, items cannot be left at your front door, and will require a signature. Packages left unattended have a magical tendency to disappear.

I don't want to sign for my package and still unsure as to why I have to. Can you please give an example?

Chemical Guys ships the product via FedEx Ground as selected by the consumer. The product is delivered and the Consumer is not home and FedEx leaves at door without a signature.

Option 1 : Customer arrives home and the package is no longer on the doorstep.
Problem: ANGRY CUSTOMER, A new package has to be shipped out taking more time at a complete loss to Chemical Guys and the customer.

 Solution:  Have qualified FedEx Representatives deliver the package in person to your home or business and get your signature to assure the package was received in great shape and in a timely manner.

I just placed an order and someone from your office contacted me to sign the invoice. Why do I have to do that?

In order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent orders and credit card fraud we request all first time customers to confirm that they have placed the order and the name on the order matches the name on the credit card. 

If you have placed a first time order with us please expect an e-mail from us shortly after your order requesting you to do the following:

Please, fax a signed copy of the attached invoice to (310)988-1061. Our corporate policy requires that all first-time orders in excess of $300.00 are authorized by the customer’s direct signature. This policy was implemented in order to protect our clients against the increasing number in online ID theft.

Order Confirmation

Customers need to verify the receipt of all items at the time their order is received. Any missing items must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. This does not include any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled. Any damaged merchandise must be reported directly to us within 10 days of receipt.

Free Shipping Items - Items Labeled as "FREE SHIPPING" applies to items shipped only in the continental US. Hawaii, and Alaska residents and APO or FPO address will be charged shipping.  Once you have placed your order a Customer Service Person will contact you with the shipping charges.

We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska and APO and FPO military addresses via USPS priority mail so you can receive Chemical Guys merchandise. We will do our best to provide you with the lowest shipping rate possible. Flat shipping rates based on amount of order are listed below. We will handle customs forms. Sorry, we are unable to ship aerosol products due to federal regulations.

Please note: Shipping on oversized or heavy items may be higher based on weight. A customer service associate will contact you with an actual shipping rate quote if necessary. This may apply to gallons, buffers, cases, etc.
