Foam buffing pads become stiff and caked with wax and polish after just one use. If you look closely at the texture of a new foam pad, you’ll see that it is composed of thousands of tiny hollow compartments where products soak into the pad. This varied texture also provides buffing action as the pad spins. Wax and polish get caked in these compartments, making the texture of the pad smooth and therefore ineffective. This ergonomically designed Foam Conditioning Brush scrubs wax and polishes out of the foam and restores its original texture. Sometimes the smartest inventions can come from the humblest beginnings. Take a brush, for example. From the basic brush design that has been around for centuries comes this ergonomically designed Foam Pad Conditioning Brush. This brush cleans and restores the texture of foam buffing pads that have become caked with wax and polish.

The texture of foam results from thousands of tiny hollow compartments. This varied texture provides polishing and buffing power as the buffer spins. Wax and polish get caked in the hollow compartments, making the texture of the pad smooth and therefore ineffective. The Foam Conditioning Brush scrubs wax and polishes out of the foam and restores its original texture.

This handy yellow brush is made with a set of stiff bristles that easily pull caked and dried products out of the foam pad. And the specially shaped handle makes it comfortable to grip and keeps your hand away from the spinning buffer. Just hold the buffer upside down and place the brush on the pad as it spins. The brush will quickly clean the pad and restore its texture so you can keep buffing. No more stopping to replace a pad halfway through buffing your vehicle.

Similar steel brushes made for cleaning wool pads cannot be used on foam. This Conditioning Brush is designed specifically for foam pads, but can be used on wool, too.

Yellow Cutting Pad aggressive, and will cut through deep surface marks and swirls. They work well on heavy oxidation and pitted finishes, and will remove wet sand scratches without causing burning.

Green Medium Cutting Pad for light oxidation and moderate to severe swirls and imperfections. This pad will yield amazing results on older vehicles, and should be used on vehicles with moderate swirls and imperfections. Add a compound or pre-wax cleaner for a flawless finish on base coats. 50 pores per inch (ppi)

Orange Light Cutting Pad highly versatile, as it can be used on cars with light to moderate swirls and imperfections. We recommend you begin with this pad if you are unsure how deep swirls are, moving up to a Green Medium Cut Pad if necessary. Safe on clear coats. 60 pores per inch (ppi)
