Proper Convertible Top Application:

 

1. always assure that surface is properly cleaned and dry before application.
2. always use in well ventilated area,
3. to keep clean up easy always tape up exterior moldings and painted surfaces to limit overspray. 
4. Open top and tape up any paint that is visible or that comes into contact with the top. 
5. can be sprayed on with an ultra fine style trigger sprayer or applied professionally with an air brush system or paint style trigger air-gun.
6. for professional results, shake well to keep product mixed.
7. always spray twelve inches from the convertible top using gentle overlaying sweeping motions.
8. do not saturate the material like with all Chemical Guys products LESS IS MORE.
9. spray evenly over entire surface and a little extra on seams.
10. do not saturate. You can always repeat a second coat if you have missed any areas.
11. allow to dry 10-15 minutes between coats in the sun. Artificial heat can be used to speed drying time.
12. once spraying is complete remove tape and allow 30-45 minutes in well ventilated area to dry.
