Backing
Plates utilize an adaptive backing plate that molds, bends and adapts to
variable surfaces with great ease delivering perfect results every time.
Evolve-Hyper Flex Blacking Plates are very durable, designed with
professional, factory and OEM use in mind. We had to design a backing
plate that would resist the harshest of use and abuse.

Durable By Design-A durable backing plate designed with a super-dense
Turtle like shell that incases a light-weight aluminum 5/8" thread.
The low profile turtle shell of our Evolve backing plates helps protect
surfaces when working close to vents, hood scoops, spoilers and fenders,
where traditional backing plates were found to run and grind away at the
paint.
Double
Body Hook-And-Loop- The complete family of New Backing Plates from The
Chemical Guys have been reinvented and redesigned not only from the design
standpoint, but from every other standpoint as well.
Integrated-Variable hook-And Loop- More security that your pads stay stuck
to the backing plate. Two separate Hook-And loop lengths and direction
insures that any make, style and variation of pads: Hex-Logic, Lake Country
CCS, Lake Country, MPT, and any foam or wool pad securely and safely adheres
to Evolve backing plates without coming or flying off ! Some backing plates
have a short hook-and-loop and some have long. Depending on the material
used on foam and wool backing plates certain tradition backing plates do not
grip correctly. To avoid any confusion Evolve-Hyper Flex Blacking Plates-
have an integrated variable Hook-And-Loop, making it easy to apply and
remove any kind of pads to the backing plate.
New
SuperGrip Hook-N-Loop increases grip by adding 50% more hook and loops to
every backing plate. Gentle on your buffing pad backing plate but with ONE
SERIOUSE GRIP!
All
Evolve-Hyper Flex Blacking Plates have our all new SuperGrip Backing Plate
Hook-N-Loop offering maximum grip of the pad while reducing the wear and
tear on your backing pate. This makes it fast and easy to safely remove pads
from the backing plate without tearing the backing plate or breaking a
nail. (We know you're tough but nobody likes broken nails).
Size Does
Matter: - 30 mm thick Micro-Fine Adaptive Urethane was specially designed
to retain rigidity and maintain a rapid Bounce-Back effect. Traditional
foam pads have a certain lag time for them to re-form and assume desired
shape once they have been compressed. Evolve R4 backing Plates are designed
to work fast constantly compressing and adjusting to variable surfaces fast
and easy. The Evolve R4 Backing Plates move WITH you.
Ideal
for use with all Rotary Machines using 5/8 x 11 threads: Flex L3403VRG, Flex
LK603VVB, Makita 9227, Metabo PE12-175, Dewalt 849, and Hitachi SP18VA or
any 5/8 x 11 threaded machines.

GoodScrew- D.A Adapter 5/8" X 11
The goodscrew
D.A. Adapter 5/8" X 11 enables your dual action polisher to accept a
rotary backing plate. The goodscrew adapter works with any of our
rotary backing plates. You can use the goodscrew adapter with the
Meguiars Dual Action Polisher G110, Porter Cable 7424, and the Ultimate
Detailing Machine and DA machine. .
To assure a goodscrew always screw it in correctly and get it
nice and tight. For safety and performance, reasons always tighten the
goodscrew adapter onto your polisher with a wrench.

you can buy at any store, borrow from a friend or steal to accept a rotary
backing plate. The goodscrew adapter works with any of our rotary backing
plates. You can use the goodscrew adapter with any and all hand held power
drills making it fast and easy.
To assure a goodscrew always screw it in correctly and get it nice and
tight. For safety and performance, reasons always tighten the goodscrew
adapter onto your polisher with a wrench.

Orange Medium-Heavy Cutting Pad-This
firm, high density foam is ideal for scratch and defect removal. The orange
foam offers the correction of a typical compounding pad while at the same
time allowing the polishing ability of light cut foam pad. When used with
heavier compounds it will remove moderate swirls and scratches with little
or no haze. It s an all around pad that will work on most light to moderate
imperfections. Use With:
- Cut 1.0-Heavy Cut Compound (for lighter cut then yellow pad
- Cut 1.5 Medium Cut Compound
- Scratch & Swirl Buff

Green Heavy Polishing Pad
- This
pad is used by Mercedes Benz at OEM level and is designed to be used with
a random orbital polisher (like the Porter Cable) It produces less spot
heating and has a unique compression/load/deflection ratio which means it
conforms quickly to contours. It is a high strength foam with 60 pores per
sq. inch yet is softer and more forgiving than our regular foams which have
80 pores per sq. inch.
This pad is tough enough to remove swirls and
scuffs while at the same time producing a high gloss swirl free finish. This
foam is also ideal for applying one-step cleaner waxes. It is a balance of
polishing and finishing that is perfect for all-in-one product application.

- Cut 1.5 Medium Cut Compound
- Scratch & Swirl Buff
- All-In-1 Polish
- Laser Buff
- CG Medium Cut Compound
- Cutting compounds with heavy duty grit 1000-1500 grit count

White Medium -Light Polishing Pad -Less
dense foam formula for the application of waxes, micro-fine polishes and
sealants. This pad has very light cutting power so its perfect for pre-wax
cleaners. It is the most well used pad as it is ideal for application of pre
wax cleansers as well as many finishing polishes such as Pro-Polish Or
FP-Final Polish.

firm enough to withstand added pressure during final finishing to remove
buffer swirls. It has no cut and will apply thin, even coats of waxes,
