Here are our frequently asked questions about rewards points.
A: Each gear (tier) offers increased benefits. Please see the chart here to see the benefits of each gear. There are two types of points: Interaction points are rewarded when you interact with our website - a few examples are writing a review, adding your ride, or saving your address to your account. Please see the breakdown of interactions and how often you can take advantage of these interactions chart here Qualifying points are rewarded with the dollars accrued and purchases. These points are what move you between your Gears (see qualifying points for each Gear here)
A: You can redeem your points through redemptions of product, discount qualifiers, special promos, and more. Please see the chart here to see full benefits for each gear (tier).
A: As long as you are active on your account, your points will not expire. If you are not active within one year, your points will expire at the end of the calendar year. See full terms and conditions here.
A: No, if you already have a Chemical Guys account, you already qualify to join the CG Rewards Club! Simply join the rewards program here.
A: Past purchases will not be counted, but after you sign up you will start earning points on future purchases.

A: Accounts cannot be combined.

A: If your redemption item (bonus item) is the only item in your cart, you will be responsible for shipping regardless of Gear. If your Gear qualifies you for free shipping (Gears 3 and 4), you will not be responsible for shipping when your redemption item (bonus item) is purchased with a full price item.
A: Points accrued for interactions (see it here) will display within 30 minutes of the interaction. Points accrued for purchases will apply once the order ships (approximately 1 - 3 business days). If purchase points do not reflect after you receive your shipping confirmation email, please contact customer service.
Q: I already have my ride, shipping address, and billing information saved, why havent I received my points?
A: Any information saved before 06/27/2022 was before the program launch. To earn points for interactions already taken, simply remove the saved information and add it back into our website.
