Wash and dry the vehicle.
Feel the paint and listen to the sound you hear as you glide your
hand across the paint.
Analyze the brightness and brilliance of the color.
Make notes on swirl marks, surface scratches, fading, oxidation,
overspray and other paint blemishes and imperfections.
