Hyper-FLEX Sanding Systems unique wet sanding and polishing system combines an ultra-flexible permeable latex membrane that enable sanding sheets to adhere to it using a flexible Self-adhesive peel-and-stick system of use and replace sanding sheets.  Specially Designed 2-ply construction enables the Hyper-Flex pad to adapt to any surface you are working on always delivering even and uniform performance.

	8oz- No 721 -The finest true finish available. No. 721 is the first water based OEM approved Paint Correction Polishing Compound capable of  removing medium-heavy imperfections while delivering perfect results naturally without filling-in or covering up.  Ideal for finishing a recently water sanded surface,
	16oz-LUBER®-hi-lubricity -CLAYBLOCK® lubricant specially formulated to increase lubricity and reduce friction.  LUBER®- lubricates paint delivering to reduce friction and enable Flex Sanding Block to deliver superior water sanding results.

Sample & Example.  We managed to find one of our older transport rigs in the back of the warehouse that had been sitting in the sun for over 4 years.  The front headlights were beyond faded and sun burned.  I scraped my nail against the orange part and the plastic started flaking off...I knew it was a good example.  We started by sanding the headlight down with the flex pad and the 2500 grit paper. Once we could see orange again we used No. 721 new polish to remove the minor haze water sanding left behind and wow the headlight looked amazing!   Overall the entire process took 4-5 minutes and we managed to restore 80% or more of the faded turn signal.

Flexible latex sanding sheets utilize the finest abrasives and a specially formulated soft sheets available in 2500 grit and 3000 grit designed to remove sanding scratches quickly and effectively as well and surface blemishes and fading on paint and headlights do to continued UV exposure.

The Hyper-FLEX Sanding System’s uniform sanding pattern design greatly reduces the need to compound,  achieving the best finish in the shortest time.
